Cancellations

During the Corona Virus Crisis, we have suspended our cancellation / no show policies.  We may require a deposit for larger appointments, but failure to show or cancel, will not forfeit your deposit.


Our normal policy:

We always request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel /reschedule any haircut appointment & 48 hours for chemical services. We reserve the right to require a deposit or charge a fee of up to 50% of the cost of any missed scheduled services. Any undue balance would be owed before a new appointment could be booked. Please ask any front desk member for complete details.

REFUND POLICY

 All our organic products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  If a client is not satisfied with a product purchased at Lava Salon and has clearly used less than 25% of the product and returns the product within 45 days, the client will receive a 100% refund or salon credit towards the purchase or exchange of another product. The credit is not transferable between products and services.


All gift certificates purchased are final sale. If not used within one year, the gift certificate will automatically expire. If used partially within the first year, the purchaser will have up to an additional year from the last date of use. All gift certificate purchases are 100% transferable to friends or family members (transfer must be requested via email with exact details).  Gift Certificates may be used towards the purchase of services and/or products.
