Cancellation Policy

We ask everyone try to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to check in.

We reserve the right to require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of up to 100% (or a working credit card on file) to hold appointments. Credit card info stored is encrypted and fully PCI compliant. This policy is meant to protect the TIME of the stylist and the salon.

Failure to show ON TIME or cancel within 24 hours for haircuts and 48 hours for chemical services, may forfeit 100% of your deposit, or your card on file may be charged up to 100% of your missed scheduled appointment. If proper notice is given, a deposit will remain as a future applicable credit towards rebooking another appointment.
