Cancellation Policy

Confirmation calls are made 1-2 days before your appointment and are also sent via text and email through our booking system. If you do not receive texts or emails for your appointments currently but would like to, we can help you set that up.

We reserve the right to require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of up to 100% (and/or a working credit card on file) to hold appointments. Credit card info stored is encrypted and fully PCI compliant. This policy is meant to protect the TIME of the stylist and the salon.

We ask everyone try to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to check in. Failure to show ON TIME or cancel within 24 hours for haircuts and 48 hours for chemical services, may forfeit 100% of your deposit, or your card on file may be charged up to 100% of your missed scheduled appointment. If proper notice is given, the deposit will remain as a future applicable credit towards rebooking another appointment.
